The problem

Many businesses, one platform, no data mixing.

Each business needed its own employees, shifts, accounts and inventory, kept separate from every other business on the platform, while the platform owner managed subscriptions for all of them.

What I built

The day-to-day of a business, in one place.

Subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions for each business on the platform.

People

Employees, shifts, attendance and payroll.

Access

Each person sees only what their role allows.

Accounting

A full accounting module.

Inventory

Stock management for each establishment.

Dashboards

A platform admin in Laravel Filament and tenant dashboards in Blade, JavaScript and Bootstrap.

Result

Each business runs on its own, on one shared platform.

Every company and restaurant has its own staff, payroll, accounts and stock, and never sees another's. The platform owner runs all subscriptions from one admin.

Planning a SaaS product?

Tenancy, subscriptions and roles are decisions to get right in the specification. Let's start there.
