What I build

Three kinds of systems, built to run every day.

Ashal

Marketplaces and multi-role platforms

Customers, providers and admins on one platform, with bookings, chat, notifications and payouts that split correctly between providers and the platform.

Fixed scope

Startup MVPs

A first version with a clear scope and a fixed quote, and a launch you can show investors.

Business systems

HR, workforce, contracts, attendance, payroll and accounting. The work your team runs on spreadsheets and chat groups, moved into one system.

How a project runs

Every step documented, with reports you can export.

You always know what is being built, why, and where it stands. Each step ends with something you can read, share and keep.

  1. A 30-minute call

We talk about the business, not the tech. You leave with a clear first scope, whether or not we work together.

    OutputScope notes · fixed quote
  2. Specification

Before any code, I write the requirements and the data model, so we agree in writing on exactly what is being built.

    OutputRequirements document · data model
  3. Build

I build the system stage by stage, and each stage ends with a written report: what was done, what comes next and any decision you need to make.

    OutputProgress report
  4. Launch

Deployed through an automated pipeline, with the whole system documented so any developer can pick it up.

    OutputRelease notes · technical docs
  5. Support

Monitoring, fixes and small features after launch.

On AI

AI makes me faster. I answer for every line.

I use AI tools every day to move at small-team speed. They draft; I design the architecture, review the code and take responsibility for what ships.

That is why the specification, the code review and the documentation matter. They are the checks that make fast work trustworthy work.

Is this a fit?

Best when you need the system, not just one piece of it.

A good fit if

  • You need a platform with roles, payments or operations behind it
  • You want a fixed scope agreed in writing
  • You want Arabic and English done properly
  • You want one person accountable from the first call to launch

Not a fit if

  • You need a brochure website or a template store
  • You want to skip the specification and start coding tomorrow
  • You only need app screens designed, with no system behind them

Questions

Before you ask.

Why one engineer and not an agency?

You talk to the person who designs and builds the system. Nothing is lost between a salesperson, a project manager and a junior developer.

I only have an idea, not a specification. Is that enough?

Yes. Most projects start that way. In a 30-minute call we turn the idea into a first scope, then you get it in writing with a fixed quote. Once we start, the specification is the first thing I deliver, before any code.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes, together with a mobile team I work with. I lead the whole system, from the specification to launch, and the mobile developers build the app screens on it, so you still have one person accountable for everything. On Ashal, I led the system behind the apps for four kinds of users, working side by side with the mobile team.

You're in Damascus. How do contracts and payments work?

Like with any supplier: a written proposal with the scope, milestones and terms, and a contract we both sign electronically. You pay in three milestones: at signing, midway and at launch, each with an invoice in SAR or USD. Payment reaches me by MoneyGram or Western Union, and the route is written in the proposal.

Can you work with my agency, under our name?

Yes. I build the system under your name, against your designs, and document every step so your team and your client can follow it. I work in English and Arabic.

What happens after launch?

You can continue on monthly support: monitoring, fixes and small features.

Have a system you need built?

Spend 30 minutes with me. You'll leave with a clear scope, whether or not we work together.
