The problem

Thousands of seasonal staff, one short window.

Hiring for Hajj happens at a scale and speed that paperwork can't keep up with: tens of thousands of applicants, interviews, training, contracts and ID cards, all before the season starts.

Once staff are hired, the work continues every day: attendance, rosters and payroll, with a fair way to raise a pay issue.

What I built

The full employment lifecycle in one system.

Recruitment

Applications, interviews and filtering, from 50,000+ applicants to 7,500 hires. Separate admin and candidate portals.

Training

Training management with session booking.

Contracts

Auto-generated digital contracts with e-signing, replacing manual paperwork.

ID cards

Employee ID cards generated by the system.

Operations

Attendance tracking, rostering and payroll.

Objections

Employees can dispute pay issues inside the platform.

Result

7,500 people hired and managed in one platform.

Every hire went through one system, from application to payroll, during the most demanding season of the year.

Still running hiring or payroll on spreadsheets?

I'll map how your team works today and turn it into one system they'll actually use.
